Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are handled with these simple steps.
*(Product must be claimed for returns or exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of goods.
Customer will not be refunded the original shipping costs.) There will be a 15% restocking fee on all products.
1. Contact our Customer Service department available via email at info@thecandlecompanyonline.com. We will confirm return. Please include your order ID number & reason for return.
2. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card or an exchange made. Please pack item with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage. Thank you.
