Important Shipping Information
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all UPS observed holidays). Please allow for this 48 hour order processing window on expedited shipping options as well. After shipment, all UPS Ground orders (within the continental U.S.) will be received within 1-6 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Please note, UPS does not DELIVER on Saturdays and Sundays, and does not consider Saturdays and Sundays as in-transit days.

Your shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of your package. You can verify your shipping charges during checkout BEFORE you enter your credit card information.
We use UPS Online Tools for the calculation of your shipping cost. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time before you complete your order. Your shipping cost will depend on the size, weight and destination of package.
Your total shipping cost is shown during checkout after you complete the shipping address page and before you enter your credit card information.
Our volume of business and daily UPS pickup at our store allows us to pass on our savings to our customers.
We ship most in-stock items within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday). UPS shipments are shipped and delivered Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Our shipping dates are Monday-Friday. UPS does not deliver our packages on Saturdays or Sundays. Shipment dates are NOT guaranteed by UPS or www.thecandlecompanyonline.com.
